Dr. Lambert began studying and training in the martial arts while soldiering in southeast Asia. Upon discharge he worked his way through school as an entrepreneur, founding and operating commercial martial disciplines training studios. Today he is a high-ranking martial artist with over 35 years of experience in coaching others to achieve mental, physical and spiritual mastery through the Way of the Warrior.

Majoring in the behavioral sciences, he earned a masters degree in psychology and a doctorate in education. He is state licensed as a qualified counselor and authorized to award continuing education credits to people in a variety of professions who attend his seminars.

Dr. Lambert draws upon his expertise in modern western behavioral science to coach clients in powerful techniques that have been proven to increase performance and self-motivation. In addition, his repertoire includes methodology derived from the mental training aspects of sports psychology and ancient eastern martial disciplines (from which sports psychology was first derived) for developing laser-like concentration in the midst of adversity, mental clarity when faced with confusion and the martial spirit needed to win life's battles.

Dr. Lambert put his university-learned behavioral expertise to the test as a successful regional sales manager for Cyborg Corporation's western territory, including Alaska, Hawaii, New Zealand and Australia. He also set up, trained and managed a national dealer network that sold and distributed computerized physiological data acquisition systems. He was chosen to design the Chrysalis Executive Lifestyle Change Program based at Kingwood Resort in northern Georgia and the first commercial peak performance program for the Institute of Business in Auckland, New Zealand.

In his private practice, Dr. Lambert has counseled and coached people from all walks of life to achieve valued self-chosen business and personal goals and presented training/coaching seminars in New Zealand, Tahiti, Belgium, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and over most of the continental U.S.
