| Dr.
Lambert began studying and training in the martial
arts while soldiering in southeast Asia. Upon discharge he
worked his way through school as an entrepreneur, founding
and operating commercial martial disciplines training studios.
Today he is a high-ranking martial artist with over 35 years
of experience in coaching others to achieve mental, physical
and spiritual mastery through the Way of the Warrior.
Majoring
in the behavioral sciences, he earned a masters degree in
psychology and a doctorate in education. He is state licensed
as a qualified counselor and authorized to award continuing
education credits to people in a variety of professions
who attend his seminars.
Dr.
Lambert
draws upon his expertise in modern western behavioral science
to coach clients in powerful techniques that have been proven
to increase performance and self-motivation. In addition,
his repertoire includes methodology derived from the mental
training aspects of sports psychology and ancient eastern
martial disciplines (from which sports psychology was first
derived) for developing laser-like concentration in the
midst of adversity, mental clarity when faced with confusion
and the martial spirit needed to win life's battles.
Dr.
Lambert
put his university-learned behavioral expertise to the test
as a successful regional sales manager for Cyborg Corporation's
western territory, including Alaska, Hawaii, New Zealand
and Australia. He also set up, trained and managed a national
dealer network that sold and distributed computerized physiological
data acquisition systems. He was chosen to design the Chrysalis
Executive Lifestyle Change Program based at Kingwood Resort
in northern Georgia and the first commercial peak performance
program for the Institute of Business in Auckland, New Zealand.
In
his private practice, Dr. Lambert
has counseled and coached people from all walks of life
to achieve valued self-chosen business and personal goals
and presented training/coaching seminars in New Zealand,
Tahiti, Belgium, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii,
and over most of the continental U.S.
